Weather & Climate knowledge for Water security

As part of the DFID-funded research programme REACH: Improving water security for the poor, I collaborated with colleagues in Kenya and the UK to conduct a study of water and knowledge governance in Turkana County, Kenya - focusing on the town of Lodwar and the instututions and infrastructures involved with water decision-making.
